References to “You” or “Your” mean the individual users of the TutorWell Services.

By continuing to use the TutorWell Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information TutorWell Collects

When you create an account or log in, we collect basic information such as your name and email address. We may also collect other identifiers such as your username, password, and IP address.
Professional and Employment-Related Information
This includes your company name, title, role, industry, and other information about your profession that you provide to personalize your practice.
Billing Information
When you purchase any TutorWell Services, our payment processor collects your payment card information and billing address for payment authentication and processing. TutorWell does not store full credit card information.
Study Activity and Practice Results
Using the TutorWell Services involves recording your study activity — such as the lessons you complete, the practice questions you answer, your mock-test scores, and your progress toward your target band — so we can build your study plan, track your improvement, and sync across your devices.
Automatically Collected Information
Certain data about the devices you use and your use of the TutorWell Services are automatically logged in our systems, including:
- Device Identifiers, such as IP address, for bug reporting and analytics purposes.
- Log and Usage Data, which may include IP address, browser type and settings, date and time of use, language preferences, and cookie data.
- Information Collected from Third-Party Vendors, including analytics and advertising providers that use cookies to measure and serve relevant content.
Anonymous and Aggregated Information
We collect and generate anonymized and aggregated information from your use of the TutorWell Services to better understand and optimize them. Anonymized or aggregated information does not identify you as an individual and is not Personal Information as defined in this Privacy Policy.

TutorWell’s principal place of business is in the United States. Any Personal Information we collect may be transferred to, stored on servers in, and accessed from the United States and countries other than the one in which it was initially collected. By using the TutorWell Services, you agree to your Personal Information being transferred outside your original territory subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
How TutorWell Stores Your Data and Security
TutorWell uses commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage. No data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure; while we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot warrant its absolute security, and you transmit it at your own risk. We encourage you to use a strong password, keep your credentials private, and log out when finished.
TutorWell will keep your Personal Information in compliance with its data retention policy or until you request to delete it. Once the applicable retention period expires, TutorWell will delete the related data, including your study activity and practice results.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
When you interact with the TutorWell Services, we obtain certain information using automated technologies such as cookies, web server logs, and web beacons. These technologies help us remember your information, understand how you use our services, tailor your experience, and measure effectiveness. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain afterward to track aggregate usage). Where your Personal Information is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we take steps to ensure it receives an equivalent level of protection, including by entering into European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
